Carol has a command of all key web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, ASP, .NET, XML, PHP, Flash and Web Services, as well as Access, MySQL and SQL Server databases.

But just as important are her 19 years of professional consulting experience.  Carol understands the nature of business and the human dynamics of managing complex projects.  Developing and adhering to project timelines, managing budgets, building your custom application, and coordinating the review process.  Carol gets it done.

Carol is passionate about helping other small businesses succeed.  She currently serves on the WEDFA (Washington Economic Development Finance Authority) Board of Directors and she recently served as treasurer on the board for the Spokane Chapter of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners).  She also sits on the Board of Directors for the Spokane Mountaineers.

When Carol's not in front of her computer, she enjoys just about anything that lets her enjoy the outdoor beauty of the Inland Northwest, including skiing, biking, climbing, backpacking and photography.  She also teaches Jazzercise at the The Jazzercise Fitness Center of Spokane .

Jason Alvarado is the official "Beta Cat" of the litter. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Eastern Washington University with a focus on Software Engineering. Jason's experience includes both desktop and web-based application development using Java, C++, ASP.NET, Visual Basic, C#, HTML, XML, CSS, and others.

Jason brings his professional experience in Software Engineering to HeyCats! as the lead applications developer. Jason uses his expertise in database driven solutions to transform complex projects into easy-to-use web-based applications. He has extensive experience developing integrated software solutions to meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses and their clients.

Jason a recent graduate of the Leadership Spokane program, class of 2007. Jason is also an avid outdoorsman and greatly enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, mountain biking, and golf. Jason also spends his free time umpiring High School and American Legion baseball with the Inland Empire Baseball Umpires Association (IEBUA).

Nick Lamb is our "Lambda Cat". He is a graduate of Montana State University and holds a B.S. in Computer Science. Nick has a broad knowledge of computer technologies including the development of web-based and desktop applications. Nick has experience with Java, C/C++, ASP.Net, C#, PHP, HTML, CSS, XSLT, XML, Flash and Database Systems. Nick is professional in his work and understands the development life cycle, which helps projects stay on schedule.

Nick moved from Montana to Spokane Washington to join our HeyCats! team. Nick is fond of technology and is happy to be in a technical industry. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors, including activities such as skiing, hiking, fishing, swimming, golf, and disc golf. Nick looks forward to helping customers move their website and application needs farther into the twenty-first century.
